Whether you are a road-weary traveler needing some much-needed rest or a bride wanting all of her best friends to spend one last night together, you will find comfortable beds, homey furnishings & decorating, beautiful sunrises, plentiful birds, numerous deer, sometimes turkeys and most of all, relaxation. We have many guests that use us as a “base” for travels into Amish Country, or as a place to stay while enjoying family reunions on one of the many lakes in the area. Every year brides take advantage of our unique ability to house a total of 15 guests: 9 in Grandma’s Suite, 4 people in Renee’s Room and 2 people in Michaels Room AND use Robin’s professional hair salon for their makeup and hair before their wedding (plan on bringing your own stylist).
It is Tim and Robin’s wish to provide a place of quiet and rest for those that are traveling, vacationing or celebrating,. Whether you are just passin’ through, or you are here spending some time on Lake Wawasee, perhaps hunting muskie on Webster Lake, enjoying touring the Amish countryside or for an event at one of the many beautiful venues in the area including the Blue Barn Berry Farm, or the Tippy Creek Winery, we have a place for you and yours.

The WoodField Hills Inn
Woodfield Hills Inn is our home. A crazy big home for just two of us, so we decided back in ’18 that we would have some fun with a B&B. Our two children are long gone with families of their own – so we rent out Michael’s Room, Renee’s Room and “Grandma’s Suite – all crazy big by anyone’s standard. Our guests say that they are comfy, quiet and great to sleep & relax in. Grandma’s Suite is attached to the back of our home. It is an apartment that Tim’s parents lived in for 17 years. A complete kitchen, bath and a half and enough beds to sleep 9 people and a separate entrance from the rest of the house.

Decorated just as Grandma Jill had it when she lived here. She was a blue ribbon quilter, baker, and an all-around wonderful grandma!
The Suite features:
- Private Bathroom and a half
- The Sewing Room has a Queen Bed
- The Master Bedroom has a King Bed
- The loft “Bunk Room” has 4 single beds and a double bed
- Handicapped accessible (There is one small step and a ramp)
- Can sleep up to 9
- Bringing your own food is encouraged, and a grocery store is only 6 miles away in Syracuse as breakfast IS NOT included.
Price Per Night
$195 to accommodate 4 guests.
Each extra guest is $17 per night extra.
Michael’s Room
This is a large room in spite of having a king-sized bed in it. A large closet with a dresser allows you to unpack and not “live out of a suitcase” for a day or two. There is a window seat, a bench, and a comfy chair, all that you can read from and enjoy some quiet time.

A few snacks, bottled water, plenty of blankets, LCD Smart TV, carpeting, most rooms have ceiling fans, blinds & curtains, and most have a place to set up a laptop, put on makeup or just relax in a comfy chair.

Indiana summers can be hot. And sticky.
TV
Each bedroom (Bunk Room in Grandma’s Suite excluded) has a Smart TV. Some rooms have a DVD player attached as well.
Heat
Of course we have heat – our winters are way too long and too cold without it!
Smoke Alarms
Each bedroom has a smoke alarm.
No Surprises
We don’t like to travel and find out that you have to pay extra for shampoo or to use a hairdryer, and we know you don’t either.
Coffee Maker
There is a Keurig for coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Also in Grandma’s Suite, in the “appliance garage on the countertop is a coffee maker. We try to have at least enough fresh ground coffee for a pot or two in there too.
