Policies

Deposit

1. When you make your reservation, you will be charged for one night’s room cost (room / add ons / taxes)

 

Cancellation

Please understand that some or all of your reservations may not be subject to cancellation. Unlike a traditional hotel, your reservation means we have committed a distinct room exclusively to your enjoyment.

1. Cancellations made at least 7 (seven) days prior to your arrival date provide for your deposit being refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations made WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Unlike hotels, we have reserved a specific room for you, and if you cancel that close, it means that we have likely turned others away.If we can fill your room we will happily refund all of your deposit less a $25 cancelation fee.

 

Check-In

Check-in is between 4 pm and 8 pm. If you cannot check-in between those hours, please let us know and provide an ETA so that we can be prepared for your arrival.

 

Check Out

We ask that you check out by 11 am.
Late check-outs are difficult for us, as we need time to ready the room for the next guest.

 

Rates

Room rates are based on double or single occupancy (Grandma’s Suite it is based on 4people), and are subject to 7% state tax and 5% county tax. All of our prices already have the applicable taxes added to them.
Certain rooms can accommodate additional guests. Additional guests are $17 per person, per night (includes applicable taxes), and must be registered with us in advance.
Well-behaved children 8 years and older are welcome.

 

Smoking

The entire property is smoke/vape free and open flame-free (no candles, lighters, incense, etc). This is for the safety of all our guests. We are a smoke-free / e-cigarette free inn. Absolutely no smoking/e-cigarettes are permitted indoors or on the property. Evidence of smoke will result in a $150 minimum cleaning fee.

 

Alcohol

We ask that our guests respect everyone else’s wish for a quiet and peaceful stay. if you drink, please do so responsibly. We allow beer and wine – and can provide wine glasses and a corkscrew if needed. Please – no hard liquor.

 

Pets

While we love animals ourselves, we do not let our own cat in the house so that we don’t have to worry about furry messes or folks with allergies. Because of this, we cannot accommodate any pets of any kind in any of our rooms or on the property. Evidence of pets will result in a $150 minimum cleaning fee. If you must travel with a pet, below are a list of local kennels. PLEASE make reservations at a kennel in advance.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served ONLY in the dining room, please, no food in the guest rooms.

Breakfast is served between 7 and 9 am, and we will make arrangements with our guests to have it ready at a time that suits their schedule.

 

Owner’s Rights

Woodfield Hills Inn is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.

Property Issues
Any damages, stolen items, or broken items occurring during the stay will be the full financial responsibility of the guest, including anyone traveling with the guest. Any special clean-up resulting in damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card. Charges may need to be applied after guest departure as deemed necessary by the Owner/Innkeeper. Towel replacement cost is $25.
